About these terms

These terms cover your use of swyftlabs.org. By using the site you agree to them. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority if the two differ.

Our services

Swyftlabs provides lifecycle email marketing services. Information on this site, including pricing, is a general description, not a binding offer. Scope, fees, and terms for any engagement are set out in our agreement with you. The free audit is offered for a limited time and may change or end.

Tools coming soon

Klar and Wispmail are in development and are not yet available. Descriptions on this site show our plans and may change. Separate terms will apply when they launch.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, design, and logos, belongs to Swyftlabs unless noted otherwise. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Work product for clients is handled under the client agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or use it to send us anything unlawful or harmful. We may restrict access if you do.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Email results depend on many factors outside our control, so nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Swyftlabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
